Shipping Policy
Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇨🇿 Czech Republic: 2–4 business days
- 🇪🇺 Europe: 5–10 business days
- 🇺🇸 United States & International: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Rates
- Czech Republic: 72 CZK (free over 1,500 CZK)
- Europe: 350 CZK (free over 2,000 CZK)
- International: 390 CZK
- Express delivery (CZ only): 450 CZK
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using our tracking page powered by 17TRACK.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
